Help / advice on this Rolex 6444

Hi all i am new to the Vintage market and i know even less about Vintage Rolex than I do about Vintage Omegas !!
But i have found a nice looking Rolex 6444 on ebay that has caught my eye, and would like any of your opinions on it . I have had a look around on the web and found similar watches both with and without numbers as well as battons.

I would just like to know if there is any issues that anyone can see and point out to me . I have not had a great deal of luck on ebay before and the only Vintage watch i have bought (and kept !! ) came from a OF member which was a lot less painless !!

yep ... screw down crown and handwound movement = 👎 🤔 (but that might just be me)

IMHO screw down crown&tubus combos are not really made to be unscrewd / fastened 1000s of times

I'd rather spend a bit more for an automatic (in rolex nomenclature: perpetual)

I've got a similar Tudor and I love it but I tend to agree with the above comment. If you're going to wear it a lot, find an automatic.

However, if this is going to be the "occasional" watch, why not! It should sell for a bit less being a manual wind.

If you do buy the wee beastie, you'll need to post it!

bought this '47 Tudor from a local watchmaker, fully serviced, for about 250GBP 6 months ago. I think you can do better for the money you are considering.
