Less than one turn. You might start with one turn, or one and a half. But if that doesn't release it, I would go half a turn from there.

And: press the screw in. all the time during unscrewing. Wriggle a bit as well. These old mvmts. can be stubborn...... kind regards. Achim

Is this a three piece case? If so maybe you have to remove the bezel/glas assembly and take the movement out from the front side.

Ooooh oooh. Not sure if this is a three piece case. How would I know? I don't think that there is a bezel so It may be not. You see any bezel? Thanks.

The crystal is attached to the bezel and be removed as a whole unit. Be extremely careful with your knife or it goes too far and hit the dial.

So:
1.Crown Stem assembly out
2.Movement screws out
3. Pry the bezel crystal assembly out very carefully
4. Entire movement with dial and hands out from the top.
