My dad just gave me my grandpa's Omega and it's still running.
Not sure though which model is...any idea?

Some things are not quite adding up. Can you pop off the back and show the inside?

Ref.2374 or Ref.2375 with a redial is my guess.

Don't have any tools with me now. I'll take it to have it opened. I've heard in another forum that the back case doesn't belong to that watch

Actually I'm pretty sure that the caseback is the right one, there is just the Caseback Ring missing, looks like the one on the picture.
