Grand Seiko 9S55 Setting Lever Spring + 9S55-0010 dial?

I have the below Grand Seiko I picked up as a 'needs repair'. Unfortunately the previous watchmaker had decided to snap off both dial feet (and tape it back down!), plus took out the broken part of the setting lever spring and just re-assembled, and passed it on.

I probably can deal with the dial feet on my own (unless someone has a dial they could sell me?), but I am praying someone can help me find the setting lever spring! Broken one attached, you can see it is missing the most important bits!

Ended up just giving up on this and sending it to GS. I'll likely take a bath on this, but at least will have a complete watch in the end.
