Hi is this original dial? It's supposed to be tritium but hands not non lume

It looks to me like the dial was refinished.

Refinished dial, replacement seconds hand. Bezel also appears to be cracked around 7:30.

I agree. The date window should be faceted and the bezel is the wrong profile.
