I generally fly solo- occasionally to my detriment- but I thought Id ask others more knowledgible before I leap.
Here's a '66 1675, wondering what you guys think.

Thanks!

The bezel insert is a later replacement. Dial and hands looks good. Polished case.

FWIW

+1! Case doesn't look too bad and I wouldn't worry about bezel. Good conditioned hands and dial are what mainly matter. 😀

+1, the case does seem a little too polished but pictures from other angles should tell better. Weird that they took a pic with the lower pin out.

I actually would care about the bezel because it's a 1675 so I'm not sure you can get an appropriate bezel for it at a decent price. Dial, hands and lume look great

Im not indifferent to service bezel, but am willing to make some compromises for the right price.
Crude ballpark?

5800 to 7000?

Maybe a couple years ago...matte 1675s are going for those prices now. I think at least $8-10k+ and wouldn't be surprised if a dealer was asking for more...

Fat font insert would probably run you around $700+ but you could probably find a decent faded one for $500ish. They pop up on ebay once in a while.

Maybe, I know my 1675 from 1969 was not cheap, but the bezel and the polishing would take a little toll on the price. Of course if on full inspection or broader pics the polishing isn't that bad that would help. I don't think as is with the replacement bezel this one should get close to 10g though.

5800 to 7500 then? Maybe I'm just way off... Don't know why I'm kinda sticking to that range..... 8ish?

Anyway, what is it going for?

That's a gilt 1675. Dealers asking at least 15k and up depending on condition and goodies attached.

I'm with Kyle & Gavin on the value for this one. Prices for these just keep edging up, and if you haven't looked in a while it is sometimes quite jarring. The case on this one isn't bad at all, and the dial and hands look very nice. It's not hard to find a correct bezel, even if you are impatient.

Cool, I stand corrected then. Not sure it's gilt based on the pics though, but again, happy to be wrong

Yeah, all 1675s have really taken off, and a decent gilt now well north of 10.
Appreciate the friendly exchange and a confirmation that my rollie senses werent entirely off.

Good luck if you get it let us know about the case.. Also.the gilt. Hard to tell on the pics but to me it doesn't look like it. Maybe my phone maybe I'm.just having an off day.

If it so a gilt then I get the price more....

This is mine. Although it came with the original jubilee I have it on this for the day. 1969...a good year.
