路Hi Larry that is a gilt dialed 1675 GMT. Get it while its still not so out of reach price wise. Beautiful dial. I wouldn't mind looking for the correct fat font bezel to replace the one installed now. Its well worth it.

路Note the small arrow hand, used in gilt and up to 1.6, early ones before switching to the larger hand we see today.
