I can't turn the crown.Do you think clockwork is full?

It has to turn. If not, watch is in need of a service.
Mine too was hard to turn before servicing, now it's ok.

I'm not sure if some of the gears are damaged. I just think about it ,or should I return it.

Can I ask how does the holder ring is attached. I bought one on eBay, opened it up and now I cannot put it back. Really, I have no clue, the holder ring is so loose, there were no screws, I see yours also has no screws. Can you help?
