Yep. Great build, amazing value compared to other divers, beautiful, and love unusual casebacks (self-professed nerd.) Super comfortable too, melds to the wrist. Omega killed it.

Totally agreed....tried one on earlier this year and planning to let go of my Seamaster SMp-C and replace it with this. So comfortable on the wrist and that dial is just amazing....not to mention the price/value vs. another very bland diver from the crown

Not sure how Omega did it but the 75th anniversary steel case back makes it sit so well against the wrist that it is just absurdly comfortable.

I know, and it does not feel like its 14mm thick at all. I have always been a fan of the planet ocean lineup. Also love that its a closed caseback....I love the hippocampus. I think open case backs are really only needed for watches with steller movements that need to be shown off, I get why Rolex doesnt bother using open case backs.

Great watch!

I always say the modern Planet Oceans are great GADA watches. They're 600m water resistant, robust, and the bezels are easy to turn (unlike the 300M models).

Now that's a watch I will own. I had the black dial version for a while. This looks a lot nicer. How about a pic of the back?

How's this? 😁

(Leaving a sticker on is a trigger event for many people. I'm not leaving it on, just the only pic in my phone right now.)

The 1956 Hippocampus was something that initially caught my attention because it's my birth year. It's always nice to have a sign from the universe that you should buy a new watch.

Pretty much all of those summer blue watches are nice.

Something about this AT speaks to me.

Congrats on the new watch! I'm really enjoying these summer blue pics. All the models just make me feel like I'm lounging in a deck chair by a nice beach.
