Ahh, Brad! We've been working on getting my granddaughter well into cars, and she already drives a Ferrari; but of course I'm sneakily planning to switch her into Zuffenhausen allegiance whilst her Italophile dad is fully distracted perfecting (!) his latest Alfa.

I had this GTO Twin Turbo for about 10 years, was an amazing ride, sold it about 4 years ago, probably will regret it in years to come as the value for clean honest vintage super cars sky rockets.

Looking forward to (hopefully) getting the time to start getting into this thing over the weekend.
Bentley manual should be at the house when I get off work!

Now that it is registered, gotta fix that throttle cable and bleed the brakes.

More work this weekend. All of the interior is out, carpets and headliner included. Gotta start making decisions on that.

Had up in the air last weekend and nothing too crazy. Some rust where I would expect there to be some. But nothing too crazy. So other than the interior there is not much to do. New shocks and suspension bits probably. But I’m hoping to just have a nice cruiser here that won’t take too much more work.

Love it. I had a type 3 fastback 1970 model, one of those of my older cars I enjoyed the most.

Reviving this thread before the New Year. Sold my Z06 because I need 4 seats now so I figured a 4 door Corvette was the right next step.

If I could buy a rear wheel drive wagon in the US, I would be all over one... Alas they no longer exist, and Volvo dropped the non-all-wheel drive option in the US...

So the only option is a E class wagon which is only available in awd or the E63 wagon, also only in awd. I guess technically the RS5 touring exists... but Id rather get the e63 for 120k US lol, which then means I am in the range of the oddball Panamaras which are and are not wagons. But I'm not in the market for a 120k plus car at this point.

Please BMW can we have a 340is Wagon? It doesn't even have to be manual... Oh FYI BMW I would have purchased the m3 wagon if would send a few to the US regardless of the cost... Euro only... please we buy more M's in SoCal than all of Europe!

Summer not completely over yet! Elise getting a few miles added. 😎
A nice low miles one just came up in the US, but has a salvage title, as the cost of replacing the front clamshell is insanely high in the US.

With an LT1. Put a chip in and you're flying.

Put the Impala suspension on it, and a few other tweaks... Total stealth sleeper... Love those things.

common knowledge the woodies are good for another 20-30hp, not to mention the chicks.

Isn‘t the RS6 available in the US now? Yes, awd, but a really capable car.
