Franken Omega 14704 3?

Hi my friends, I need your expert advice. Is this watch a Franken Omega? The dial is awesome but Im not quite sure if it is a genuine seamaster. The seller ask 1000 usd

The dial is a genuine variant, but its still a franken watch. I don’t think it started life in this case as I believe it came in bumper Seamasters. I also think it had “Seamaster” text on the dial.

@qazwsx1 has one of these I believe. Here are some others - these are often called “golf ball” dials.

For comparison, this is my 1959 14704-61.
I think your case is correct, as is the movement.
I think your crown is from an earlier Omega.
Your sweep second is too short.
The other hands may be okay - not easy to tell from your photo.
I know nothing about the dial but I’m sorry to say I agree with the OPs earlier that it’s probably a franken and I’d give it a very wide berth.
