I just closed on this 2913-3. Please share your thoughts.

Replacement bezel most probably?

Nice watch! All correct. The bezel seems to be a replacement but I need some closeups on the numbers to tell it.

First of all the original bakelite insert should be concave inward in the middle. This should be very visible from the side. The bezel insert in the picture is not concave inward.
This means that the insert is not original.

Thanks, I thought it wasn't original but didn't quite know why
Do you know if someone sells a correct replacement (I'm assuming an original is nowhere to be found)
