Found a little Cartier Tank, but is it?

I found what I believe to be the same watch as OP -- pardon the crooked dial, I didn't put it back in properly :-p -- should I bring it to a boutique to get checked out?

Looks authentic from here. Not sure how there could be any question about this one. All the fake Cartiers that I've seen from this era have been quartz. Maybe clearer shots of the movement and writing on the case back but I don't see any problems.

Unable to read the info on the case back. If this was a legitimate “Must” tank, the case would be electroplated on sterling silver. The case back is worn through to the base metal on one corner, and the area has turned black. That, plus the corrosion on the Cartier engraving where it went through to the base metal. I think it is a wannabe Cartier.
