·Best deal I have been part of (helping a friend) was a Patek 3700/1 for Tiffany, bought by him on ebay at 2800USD. It passed through my hands as I received it and sent to him.

Pre production seadweller bought for £1000 I took it to Rolex st James and they said there was something wrong as it pre dated the release of the seadweller and wouldn’t service it so I put it on eBay and it sold for £4200 to a collector in Italy who sold it last year for over 300,000 Swiss francs
