Can confirm the number is at least 5104, because that's the one I picked up last month in at the boutique in Vienna, Austria.
Amazing duo! I know this is a FOIS focused thread, but that Seamaster 30 looks great and seems like it would be a wonderful dress watch.
After admiring the FOIS for a year or two, finally picked one up last week - number 3732 checking in...
I'm pretty sure they are still in production and can be found on the Omega website. They go for anywhere from $2,800 pre-owned no warranty card to $3,600 BNIB from a forum dealer. This watch is close to the top of my must have list too.
As a matter of fact, here's one for sale right now here on OF if anyone's interested... https://omegaforums.net/threads/fs-...e-311-32-40-30-01-001-fois.40035/#post-480953
I just ordered one today. Tried the watch on in person at an Omega boutique last weekend and it was even better in person. Anyway, on an interesting side note, they aren't making this one anymore according to the girl at the boutique. They're replacing it with the CK 2998.
Is that how they sold you? I would be surprised if that was the case. the FOIS is a numbered edition, while the CK2998 is limited to 2998 pieces. Good choice by the way. Will be looking to get one, sometime after my CK2998 comes in.
I'm pretty sure manufacture of the FOIS has been stopped and those remaining in stores are the last. This is only a hunch, mind. But the Omega boutique in the City of London didn't seem to have one on display any more when I went in the other day. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
In a huge dilemma as to whether I should get this or a standard professional new. Can you get this strap separately from Omega also?
