·R rekindleDoes winding it while you're wearing it cause stress on the stem? As I read that it is most ideal to wind with the watch off your wrist but this may have been for the 1861?

·I used my Speedy 861 daily for the last 30 years now. No problem winding it, it is a pleasure actually. I wind it everyday before putting it on. But, if you want it as a one and only for the rest of your life, as it was said before choose a well tried and proven 861or 1861. The 3861 still has many issues.

I certainly haven’t heard of many issues lately. What are you referring to?
