Amazing cars in this thread. The following two, in the exact same colour scheme (pics borrowed from the net) are my favs because I once owned them and I still miss them. The classic BMW 2002 with its free reving 2.0 L 4 cylinder engine and all of its glorious 113 bhp! Handled like on rails even if it was a little tail happy!
My absolute favourites are the DB5 (already posted)...and...I can't believe nobody has the mid year Corvette on their list, notably the 1963 split window! My goodness. I would give a kidney and my Seiko for one of these!
As a schoolboy in the late 1980s Porsche did it for me, and still does.
A 930 Turbo pretty much sums up the 80s for me...and the flatnose, well.....
no such thing
split window is 63 only
Then what I am talking about anymore WHEN is his from has to be 66 because his first car was a 62 Impala
Ahh Laguna, lovely track...
There were some amazing AMA and MotoGP races on that track, and some great battles between top riders. It is too bad MotoGP and AMA dropped it from schedule...
Arguably...absolutely
Great story behind Henry Ford deciding to conquer LeMans and kick Enzo's ass
and the reasons.
The GT40 won the 24 Hours of Le Mans four consecutive times, from 1966 to 1969
Just Google split window Stingray...then see how many 66s come up..
Yeah I am pretty sure 66' is the last year of spilt I live 100 miles away from him so when I am there again I will make sure to get pictures
AND it's a Ford.... OF COURSE
