Favorite pre 1990s car!

My baby. It's a '71. Purchased in 1990 for pennies on the dollar. Butchered it into a track car and flogged it for years. My wife joked that I should marry it with all the time spent with it in the garage. Still gives me goose bumps when I fire it up. Wish I would have kept it stock now as they have some value....

Yeah I am pretty sure 66' is the last year of spilt I live 100 miles away from him so when I am there again I will make sure to get pictures

I owned one of these for about 6 years.
It was awesome, but very slow.
They only made 200 black ones (all w/ Red interior)
and only in 1985

No. A lowly base model 911T with a shady past. Albeit strictly a "California car". I got all the paperwork with the purchase ($1700). Stolen twice. Totaled once. Ugly '70s van style crank up sunroof 🤦. Thus my argument for track car.

I blew the engine in my 1980 Targa.......twice ::facepalm1::
Looked exactly like this, but mine was lowered a bit.
