·so, it should be sunny race. I expect it will be good one. For me Silverstone is great racing track (with SPA, one of best). Dont know can I say it again...but I hope "reds" will win....just hope ofc....

so, why is this bad? i am confused.
according to me, this is very good & the way we need to proceed.....
How come? what makes you confused?
Cars/motorsport is the least problem to the enviroment, if thats what you mean
what makes me confused?
the statement you quoted:
"Volkswagen will end its factory support of all programmes using internal combustion engines after implementing a motorsport strategy focused on electric mobility."
my confusion is why this statement from VW a bad statement?
you wrote "Cars/motorsport is the least problem to the enviroment, if thats what you mean" -- I disagree. have you been to India? to Bangladesh? to the bigger cities in China (& there are many)? to Mexico City?
in these places/cities where a large majority of the Earth's population lives, the outgassing from automobiles is simply atrocious & injurious to health of both the planet & human beings.
getting car manuf to stop supporting ICE at the earliest is one way to help the environment recover.
i agree it's not the only way.
I also agree it might not be THE top/number 1 item but it is very close to the top.
I can tell you in India itself manuf not supporting ICE would make a huge positive impact to the environment....
And F1 going electric, how much would this impact the enviroment? I don't get the point.
Maybe trying to organize the race locations better with less travelling, flying private jets. Here we can agree.
China and India stands for over 1/3 of the world pollution. Coal, factories and cargo ships.
Lets not make this political.

Would like Charles to get the lead at the start and hold it through the race. Sainz can struggle on his own from now on. He held up Charles forever last week and cost Charles the win. Sainz only thought of himself and not the team.
