·HAM did manage to go from P19 to finish P5 and was voted DOTD. RUS probably deserved DOTD but I’m sure he’s okay with his consolation prize of P3.

There were some very strong drives today!
I don't want to back to the "grenade" engine era, but three per year is not enough IMO. Even back when the DFV was dominant they were stripped & rebuilt after each race.

"There was a girl that I spoke to yesterday, who was my little inspiration, Isla, a five-year-old that's terminally ill and she said can you win the race for me tomorrow.
"I said I don't know if I can win the race, but I'll give it everything. So hopefully for me, that was a bit like a win, and I dedicate it to her."
