I have to say there was so many football games since the last summer that it’s actually for the very first time I don’t care about the Euro. Will follow games of our national team but will not check all
other games as usually.

But can’t wait to see the start of the Premier League new season. Hope Gunners will show much more of their potential this time ;-)

What about the Scots. Underdogs but worth keeping an eye on. Bring on the Scotland v England game next weekend.

I got to like the Croatians, they damn near won the last World Cup. They left every damn bit of their energy on the pitch, and it just started to run out by the final. I have a lot of respect for those guys.

I don't know. Earlier this week the Scottish couldn't score a second goal against Luxembourg in 56' after Luxembourg went down to 10 men. Although, that speaks more to the tanacity of the plucky Luxembourg team, than it does to the ability of the Scotts.

Italy were a real joy to watch last night, better than they've been in years. Nice to see such ambition.

As much as I love them, reality is we are not strong as few years ago. England will crush the shit out of us in next match and get their revenge. 🍿

If England do beat Croatia - which is by no means a given - for me personally, a group stage victory would be scant consolation for a World Cup semi final defeat

Think I'll just sit around and wait for the Lions in South Africa 👍

I just put a little interest bet for Croatia to win at 30/1. A bit silly, but more to keep me engaged in the competition than a reflection of opinion. I know next to nothing about the sport. A touch on Italy too at 7/1.
