Blue Seconds hands...where does these 3x Omega Seamaster models stand in the competition?

Guys,

this might be an amateur question, but been bothering me for a short while.
So I've had various watches in the past and did come to an understanding when you pay cheap i.e. Bambino, or Seiko SARX033 (all pictured), you get somewhat painted blued hands nothing serious/pro.

But when I got my Nomos Tangente, and before I had the GS Snowflake, the hands are very rich blue attractive and scream quality.

Similarly, been eyeing the IWC Portugieser (pictured) which the blue also screams quality.

Now my question is about the 3 models I posted pictures of:
Seamaster 300 wave dial (Grey, and Tokyo edition white) with blue
Aqua terra Grey with blued hands and dial

Am I the only one who sees the colour lighter, and not a rich blue? esp on the Aqua terra. Not sure how this bluing process works, not sure if Omega was just going for a lighter more obvious blue?

Anyone knows reassurance these are indeed properly blued and not painted?
Would be great to get assurance, just to my untrained eye I seemed to associate the rich dark blue with job properly done, but I don't know the field and the factors involved.

Much appreciated guys

From a quick forum read, seems to support my observation, no explicit info from Omega about the processes but ? Rhodium plated ? painted has been suggested. Other more formal omega models clearly look heat blued but not those 3 (pictured above)
