Here's my 18k Eterna Kontiki 20 from the 1960s with a casual basket-weave strap (after all, back in the day, its 37mm diameter and screw-down crown puts this squarely in the sports watch category).

Not an automatic, just a manual 852, but really nice on the wrist, with a diameter of 38 mm

This one arrived today, from an online auction and i like it . 37mm and very slim .
37mm version is relatively rare!
And appears to be in a very nice condition as well.
Great catch!

Eterna is one of my favorite brands. For me the 37mm Kontiki is their most iconic watch.

I love that Kon-Tiki Super. A Kon-Tiki is definitely on my short list of Swiss watches I want to own.

I'm on Ebay now looking at Eterna's again. I was thinking about getting a better example of a Connie as my next watch but now, now I'm not sure.

My Centenaire '61, this pic is before the complete restoration (moisture inside the movement cuz of cracked crystal. Can't wait to get it back.
