I just looked at the watch on Chrono24 again. It’s a Dennison case ‘Solid’ 9K Gold.

Thank you all. I asked for the original photo’s. The info you all are providing is great but honestly still makes me doubt. A gold bumper with separate seconds is on my wish list a few months already and the FOMO feeling is popping up... :)

Below the enlarged inside. Will come back if I have better quality picks.

So I now have better quality pictures. I go for original also because the seller has a story that sounds OK. What do you think after these pictures. BTW, if it is a redial it must be a pretty old redial also given the patina. All comments MUCH appreciated!

I had to cut a bit since the pictures were too large. Here another two.

I am confident the dial is original. The problem is the condition of the watch particularly the dial. Because of the condition I would pass on this watch. I personally would try and find examples closer to the ones in my collection pictured earlier in the thread.,

It does look original, although I am surprised at how some of the markers are misaligned with the minute track.

Many original watches of the time with similar misalignements have been shown here, 40s-50s technology had shortcomings.

It is in and I love it. Again thank you all for the extremely helpful answers. I have it now three hours and I think this one will never leave. I simply like this kind of patina where you can actually see it is an old watch and the little “bell inside” is great.
