Hi guys!

What do you guys think about this. Serial seems in range. DON seems damaged but real. Dial and hands off? Pretty bad photos tho. Thanks in advance.

Those are not the Ed White hands though they may be quite valuable if genuine. Wide Ts too which is wrong for a -64 I’d have thought. It must be a put together. Treat all the parts with suspicion inc the movement.

Maybe the OP could specify if

- he's looking for a watch to wear

- or wants to know about a possible (resale) value

No doubt there are valuable parts here but most peolpe asking on the forum are looking for a watch to wear.

IMO this is one is a pass for a wearer

I went thru trying to source a really good vintage "Ed white" about 6-12 months ago and gave up
So many people are livin' off this dream and trying to sell what are not genuine "Ed Whites" off the recent Omega release
Search in the forum for the thread "What is a real Ed white"...
Cheers

I have found this to be true as well. Either the case is polished, the plots are moldy, the bezel is beat - there is always some problem. Hard to find a truly clean example without some major issue.

This is the third doctored dial like this (pro dial turned into a pre-pro) I have seen in the last six months. I guess there is an insatiable hunger for Ed whites out there nowadays.
