Movement number starts with 44..... .and has a delrin brake. The bezel is wrong . Would be better to say that he has changed the caseback .

Given you get get a 70s or 80s moonwatch in unserviced condition for potentially very little money, slapping a '69 back on it and asking $5k is not an ineffective way to pocket a few grand from someone that hasn't done his homework.
