eBay Seamaster opinions?

Hi guys,

Another one for the experts here.

Been doing some research of my own as much as I can, talking back and fourth with the seller etc.

It appears that the serial number of 27,000,000 doesn't match with anything I can find online? Looking at other sites they all go up to 26,000,000 and skip out 27 moving to 29!

Is this a common problem?

I've spoken to the seller about the mis matching ref number that doesn't match to 1968, and that's no issue...I think?

Would really appreciate your guys opinion on the piece, I don't think it's redial but again, still new to this so any help is greatly appreciated!

I don't think it's a redial but it looks like most of the minute markers are missing. I would find a better example, unless it's dirt cheap.

Ah yes I can see. What would you Class as dirt cheap? 😀

How much is the seller asking?

Currently on auction for £300 I think, ends tonight.
