eBay Scammer Is Back, Please Report Him

This eBay scammer is back with a different (hijacked) account. He asks you to send him an offer outside of eBay. I played around with him a little the last time he showed up, and eventually received wire instructions from him for a bank in Italy. I reported him last time and this time, and would ask others here to do the same.

P.S.
I just searched "seller's other items." He has > 250 listings for Omegas, and almost 2,400 for Rolex. Reporting this guy feels like trying to drain a swamp with a teaspoon. Gotta try, though, I guess.

29447 items for sale! Gotta feel bad for the accounts that get hijacked.
Yeah, that’s what always gets me- poor guy built up 258k positive feedback selling fasteners obviously. It’s identity theft. Even if you get every penny back (or in this case the account holder gets his account back) you always feel violated afterwards.

Also, that's not eBay, so reporting him to eBay won't help.

Instead, you're visiting
www.ebay.com.827381.shop
The listings appear on eBay. He directs you to a phony site that has "ebay" in the url so you think you're dealing with eBay. eBay definitely needs to hear about this guy so they can try to shut him down.

You can only report single items. I can't see any way to alert eBay to the fact the account is hijacked.

Reported a couple of watches anyway, hopefully eBay scrolls down to his off site link.

While reporting him, we could have some fun with this guy wasting his time. Maybe I'll contact him and ask if he needs an extended auto warranty for his car. 😀

A watch from this hacked account just made its way into the "Recommended on Ebay" thread, so obviously scams like these aren't apparent to everybody. Thanks for posting @wsfarrell

I actually looked a bit into this on one of this independent review sites. Several people, actually it was quite a few but I just skimmed it, who had this happen ie. Established accounts hacked doth protested to eBay and were shocked how little eBay cared or ebays lack of taking any action to make good on the account. That is sad.

If you look at the description copy, he states it is a stock liquidation (closing his pawnshop). That is one hell of a pawnshop, with thousands of hight watches, for an account who typically sells industrial bolts, fittings and washers. The account hacked is "Spalding Fasteners". If anyone would take even a couple of minutes to review who the seller is, I would hope they can see the scam.

Reported.

Reported him last night. He is very brazen. To their credit, eBay did take down the listing that I reported within a few hours.
No doubt eBay have to thread lightly to ensure they don’t remove legit listings but I think they could do a lot more. It’s typically hit and miss reporting scams to them. Good to hear examples where they do respond positively though.

That's been stolen from my account, my pictures, this has happend many times now, That watch was an absolute Jem.... like it has been said above, no point in getting involved it happens all the time, although I do have an idea of who it is, an Italian guy that has won two of my items and not paid.. I have his address and I might set up an ebay account for him and his address and win lots of packing peanuts, and pallets of bathroom tiles and have a little fun.

And I rang Spalding Fasteners myself the other day, just to let them know they had been hacked, their phone has been ringing off the hook.

I followed this watch on the bay quite recently - it was bought for £3k or £3.5k and flipped for a handsome couple of £k profit.
