Dress Watch Strap recommendation?

Hi there,

looking for a high quality leather watch strap as follows:

minimalistic look
19mm lugth, 16mm buckle
black,
flat (1,5 to 2 mm)
no or only a very decent 'pattern'

Any ideas?

in germany for example straps from sandtuhr

btw.

if i don't like the optical effect from the stichted straps, i use a black edding pen
in case of black or even dark brown bracelets

A black calf leather, unpadded (or lightly padded) strap with dark stitching will always look classy, and I would consider it “minimalist.” Not a fan of the “two-stitch” glued straps for dress watches.

FWIW, a glossy black crocodile strap with no padding looks awesome on a dress watch. Like this one (which I have).

Because it is glossy and black, the pattern is only noticeable up close, but not at a distance.

Check out Rios1931. Their flat black straps are perfect for a minimal dress setup and they do 19→16mm tapers really nicely.
