Double standard?

Maybe no one moans about the wart on the AP since it is overshadowed by the hideousness of the rest of the design. Quite a good tactic really. Like kicking someone in the shin to take their mind off a headache.

Despite what the instagram/blogger/youtube community might have you believe, we are all able to enjoy different things.

A lot of people really like the Seamaster 300 professional. Wart and all.

I own the new ceramic Seamaster...this isn't about that

The people that really like AP steel sports models, are typically the ones who are selling them. Or the ones trying to look cool by buying them (often on finance).

If you're seeing lots of hype for a watch that you think is nonsense, I can only suggest you change what you're listening to watching, and reading... because you appear to be stuck in a bubble.

I agree with you to some degree but the AP diver is a great watch and I get why there are buyers for it. I don't think its fair to paint everyone with the same brush. Sure, some buy it to show off, some buy it because of its value retention/appreciation, and some genuinely like the watch. It appears that you might be stuck in a bubble too so welcome to the club

In that case, I have no idea what your initial post is about.

You have a watch that you don't think people like and you want to know why some YouTubers like a different watch, but don't like your watch?

Am I drunk?

Did someone slip ketamine into my tea?

I mean I'm all for an inane post but yikes.

Now you're just putting words in my mouth. When did I say that I think people don't like the Seamaster?

This quote suits your post perfectly

Here, you said it here, in your first post:

"Why is it that whenever the 300M Pro is discussed, there’s a lot of criticism raised towards the 10’oclock crown (HEV)?"

Again, I'm not sure who's having these "discussions" you allude to.

It is the YouTubers again?

Did they hurt you?

It's ok, you're safe now.

No one here is going to ask you to like or subscribe here.

Nice try. First, the post is about watches with 10'oclock crowns and how some brands get away with it and some don't. Criticism towards the crown or any other aspect of a watch doesn't equate to hating the watch, correct? Lots of people love Rolex but don't like the date magnifier, for example

I liked it much more here in the old days.

There was considerably less stupidity dressed up as smart.

Bring back paperclips in Speedmasters, and helium top ups.
