@lamboid it's completely fake. I assume you didn't do much/any research before buying?

@West Slope
With those pictures you are not going to get much.

What model is it supposed to be ? looks to be modern dial and hands

It is some wierd eBay listing....doesn't actually claim it is an Omega in the description which doesn't exactly give me a lot of confidence either, was just trying to learn more about fakes and Frankenwatch and what specifically looked suspect.

I assumed so....sent him a note and he claimed to be unsure despite claiming to have owned it for a long time.

Always look at what else a eBay seller is selling, this gives you a idea of what to expect.

I think that is very good advice. I am more curious what specific issues you all see with the dial etc, the price was clearly to good to be true and if it was the real deal the auction listing would have said so.

Google Speedmaster Professional and compare yourself. Look particularly at the sub-dial layout

Seller knows it's fake and trying to get away with it by addin this in tiny font
"THIS WATCH IS SOLD WITH NO OTHER CLAIMS, OTHER THAN LISTED ABOVE. AGAIN THE PICTURES ARE OF THE ACTUAL WATCH"

It's been removed.

I noticed, guess the report finally took effect (I sent one and assume others did also).
