Does your moonwatch bracelet scratch and ding easy?

Any watch, if you wear it daily, will get dings and scratches - especially the bracelet. All of my watch bracelets all show scratches and dings - this is part of the life cycle of a bracelet.

This isn't just Omega. Even my Cousin's ~$20k Royal Oak shows dings and scratches. He doesn't worry about it, I don't think you should either!

Ah, maybe it is just because I have never ever spent so much money on a watch before so every little ding just reminds me how much it will hurt my wallet as I have saved up for a very long time to buy this! Seems a lot of folks on this forum just rotates around a bunch of luxury watches!!

I plan to keep it a long time and even if I did plan to sell it, both scenarios it would be nice to keep it as pristine as long as I can. Incredible to see the conditions of some of these 30+ year old watches!

Look, you can always buy a new bracelet.
And when you send the watch to Omega for a service, they will send it back looking as brand new as possible.
All things can be fixed, so try not to get too caught up into the blemishes.
Like you, my Speedmaster is by far my most expensive watch, and one I lusted over for years and years.
Watches will get dings like cars will get scratches.
I don't leave my Porsche parked in the garage because I'm afraid of what might happen to it.
Instead, I take it out and drive the hell out of it because that is what it is for.
