Does this movement look correct?

Hi all, I'd appreciate your thoughts on the following image from the movement of a Heuer-stamped Aquastar Regate ala Felsa 4000N from the 60s. From my research, I have not seen a rotor with this type of text of the Aquastar and 17 jewels. Does this look correct to you all? Thanks!

I'm not familiar with that watch, but I'm fairly certain people weren't building replicas of the movement in the 60's.
