Well, based just upon the few pictures that are not in perfect quality I'd say it's a genuine example. Case looks polished and the hours hand makes it impossible for me to tell if it's the early or later dial. Serial seems to be gone but I'd say at least 50% of all a386 have no serial anymore.

Seems to be on hold already. What was the asking price?

Good example, polished but not ruined. All authentic.

One step after the other... enjoy the A386 before you jump on the next one. It deserves the appreciation.

Hi ! congrats and welcome to the club !!!

it looks pretty good to me. it is a very nice mk2. Patina is very dark though (i prefer a more yellow colour), but at least hands match the index colors. Dial looks clean.

Crown is original which is very good. As said earlier, case looks polished. Chrono hands are Mk1 chrono hands (like my mk3, interesting)

    congrats again !!!

    It's here!!

And it absolutely blows away basically every other watch I own

I'm sorry... I simply cannot understand how this watch is valued vs Paul Newman rolexes or Heuer atavias

    The legend! [IMG]

I totally agree - it is one of the coolest vintage watches out there. My Mark II salutes.

I was wrong.. It blows the 3817 away.. There's just something about its presence even compared to the a385 and a384...
