I've checked the popular grey market places and discovered that none of them stock quartz Seamasters. What's up with that? Did they decide not to continue with quartz movements for 2020? Sorry if this sounds ignorant but I'm new to this.

The question is a fair one, but the answer could easily be found by just perusing the www.omegawatches.com website where all models are shown. Plus this gives you the opportunity to gain knowledge as to what Omega is thinking for their range....always worthwhile to check out the manufacturers website to gain a wide view.

It’s been a few years since Omega made a quartz Seamaster if you’re referring to the Bond SMP version
Type in "quartz" as the search term at the top of the Omega site linked to above and it will return 137 results. Mostly small/"ladies" sized De Villes and Constellations.
