Does anyone know what kind of watch is this?

Hello everyone! I'am new to this group. I just found this watch that my father gave to me when I was younger. To be honest I do not know anything about it except that it is an Omega Constellation. It does not run which makes me believe it is battery powered. I was wondering if someone knew what it was, if its automatic or battery powered, and what would it be worth. It is in GREAT shape! Any help would be appreciated.

P.S on the back it says Acier Et Dr.

Looks like a Constellation "Hibou" ("owl" for the way the two subdials make the face look) 196.1070 from the late 1980's with a quartz caliber 1445 inside. Acier tells us it's a stainless steel case but it might have either a solid gold or gold plated bezel.

Thank you. So it is a battery powered? How much would you say a watch like that costs?

Yes, battery powered. Couldn't tell you how much it sells for since I don't follow modern watches. If it's authentic (and the only way to tell is show us photos of the inside of the case back and movement) you can check eBay's completed listings for the prices in green which are actual selling price.
