Dear forum members. I am negotiating with someone to buy a watch. The watch has a buckle that neither the seller nor myself know about. Since there are many experts, I wanted to post it here. Is there anyone here who can tell me more about this buckle? Thanks in advance.
It’s a watch strap brand, Morellato strap buckle- gold colored stainless steel. “Inox” means stainless steel in French.
Below another example of similar buckle, same strap brand.
Not super valuable IMHO.
I don’t think it’s gold plated, if that were the case the requisite indication would be “plaque or”. This is just steel that has been tinted, like most of the gold colored buckles seen on regular watch straps.

Good point. I agree and should have said gold tone.
