Does anyone here recognize this movement?

Ordered this watch only because I had never seen a movement like it.

In an olde Paul Peugeot that looks like it will clean up and is in running condition.
The positioning of the + to - markings and use of the tip of the adjusting arm as the indicator is something I've not seen before.

Any information on this or similar movements is welcome. I've found nothing online so far.

Its actually marked F 200 rather than M 200.



A bit worse for wear.

So the Paul Peugeot brand had been sourcing movements from Asia in the 60's I take it. Either bought from Seiko or from a subcontractor, or perhaps just a knock off.
