Does anyone recognize this watch? Ebay find. Bad pic but watch on the way

While I wait for this one to arrive, does anyone recognize this watch? Some sort of yacht timer in a bad state. One of the "zero description, bad picture, pay immediately and ask no questions" $20 special.
Watch is on the way but can't wait to figure out what it is.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Reminds me somewhat of a Lemania-based regatta timer, but the dial configuration is wrong.

Yacht timers work on 5 minute countdowns. Also sometimes info at 10 minutes and 15 minutes. This has seven holes, and interestingly there is white on both sides of the three dark holes so it’s an odd kind of countdown. Could it be connected to days of the week ?

And there’s probably a good clue with the red zone between 5 and 20 minutes, and the blue zone between 35 and 50 minutes. Is there a sport where you play for 15 minutes, have a 15 minute break, then play for a further 15 minutes ?

And edit to ask... I see no sign of any pushers. Are there any other shots the show the existence of pushers ?

Also unusual to see the timing "holes" on the bottom of the dial instead of the across the top on most yacht timers... Is it in the mail yet!? Now I need to know what this is.

The Apnea has seven disks I think. Maybe it's a free dive timer??

I also had a thought that maybe the photo is upside down - but think thats unlikely.

Think you have your 20 bucks worth in entertainment anyway!

Funny, I saw this lot and asked the seller for a better photo since the originals had it at an angle. Never did get one.

Seeing it straight on like that photo would have made me buy it for the same morbid curiosity!

I'll be watching this to see if it was a blessing or a curse.

Winter storm in Austin. Crazy weather with ice then 8 inches of snow with no plows. Only warm weather can come to the rescue. Power has been out all day. We'll see if the mail arrives tomorrow.
I've done exhaustive searches on the web and didn't find anything close.
