This is my youngest Tissot - 150th anniversary ”LE” chronograph from 2003 (8888 in steel made). This came NOS from Italy about five years ago with a fresh warranty card. So it received a fresh movement on warranty ca 17 years after it left the factory!

Had my Tissot Woodwatch W151 out today; what an excuse to post a few photos of it in all of it's 38mm quartz glory (there is also W150 version (womens) which I believe was 31mm. In addition to Rock- and this Woodwatch, Tissot also had a mother-of-pearl watch in this same design. This Hodinkee article gives 1989 launch year for Woodwatch.

Many moons ago since I posted here something.

I like Tissot too and enjoy this sub forum.

I have been trying for a long time to find the perfect bracelet for my Tissot 817.
I think I have found a good one.

It's a GF Tissot bracelet from 1965. The original end links are 19 mm, so I used some from an Uncle Seiko, which fit good in my opinion.

One of my vintage Tissots, Antimagnetique Fab Suisse.

What is the experts’ opinion on the hands - are they original?

Long, thin leaf hands were quite common, like this:

Just picked this 2012 year 35mm Tissot Carson with ETA 2824 movement in a trade, pretty happy with it shown next to my Canadian Tuxedo.
