Superb array, Luigi.

While I don't own many, I do like them, and believe that they often represent fine value in the market. Also, their early signature is my favorite of any manufacturer!

Awesome collection!

I've only got the one, and its from a later time period, but I love it:

Tissot made some fantastic watches in the thirties/forties and early fifties, and were never uninteresting later on. Some of their divers and chronographs of the late sixties/early seventies are fantastic. I have mostly earlier models and they are an amazing value proposition.

@bubba48 - you'll recognise this one which I'm currently wearing 😉

Beautiful watches Luigi, I particularly like the sector dial on the second one (Dibs! Although I know you'll never sell) and the one with the funny fat numerals (same as @ConElPueblo's).

That silver and black case is incredible, is that the "Hermetique" the museum wanted? Understandable for sure.

Tony, this one also is lovely!! (Dibs too!!)

The Aquasport model was launched in 1941 and lasted until 1945. Early ones used the caliber 17.5 family; later ones were from the caliber 27 family. Most were manual-wind movements with stainless steel, screwback cases.

That's a nice example. Looks like 30mm? I'll guess it's a variant on the 17.5 caliber. Is it missing its center second hand?

I think I could enjoy having a classic Tissot or two. Great thread with some really appealing watches featured.
