Can anyone compare the digtal display on this watch to the Breitling Evo aerospace? I have the latter and the digital display has always left me wanting. Even sent it back and replaced it in the beginning as it did not look like the pictures. Hard to compare it to the skywalker in the boutique. Breitling’s Exospace b55 has a great display but needs to be recharged daily and no longer produced.

Thanks

I looked at the Breitling before I bought the X-33 Skywalker. Aside from the general aesthetics of the Omega being better than the Breitling in all respects (my personal opinion of course), the digital display of the Omega knocks the Breitling off its perch in all respects. One of the reasons I didn't buy the Breitling was that even with its backlight on the display was weak. In contrast the Skywalker punches (8 LUX or 8 X a single candle power at 1m - you can read about this elsewhere on the forum if you search on X-33). If you add in the authentic space backstory to the Omega, the Breitling cannot compete. Good luck making the move!

I have a G1 and the Skywalker. While the aesthetics of the Skywalker (and the functions for that matter) are far more appealing to me, now that I wear reading glasses, I must have them one to see the digital display. The G1 is easier since it isn't a negative display.

Don't get me wrong, I am probably going to let the G1 go. The Skywalker is a forever watch.
