Dial reprint? Help identify model?

Hello. Can anyone help me identify this model? The ref number 22322 matches with a compur that I found online, so my guess would be that. But nothing on the dial. Cal. Is 283.

Can anyone help me understand if this dial is reprinted or not?

And finally some kind of value after it gets original hands, crown and a good service.

My plan is to repair and a light restore and give it to my dads 60th birthday!

Best regards
Anders

The dial is certainly reprinted and not very well.
Should I walk away? Don’t think it’s easy to get a original dial.

Hands case and movement have parts value. I swear we’ve seen this dial before. It’s memorably awful.

Thanks for all the help! I appreciate it! I’m still new in this watchmaking hobby, but I would like to do a chronograph. So thought this was a nice option. But certainly not. I learn every day!

Universal Genève is one of the best options, but choosing the right one can be tricky!

My watchmaker told me that UG chronograph calibers are well designed and very straightforward to work on. Parts of course are the challenge and even a fixer upper candidate will not be a small investment.

Any of the hands deliberately aligned in front of the A in UNIVERSAL is a red flag. Re-dialers don't tend to reproduce the flat top to the A very well.
