If it had been Rolex instead of United, they would have sued him for slander, kicked a puppy and clubbed a baby seal on their way into the court room.

If you look hard at how Rolex does business, how they treat business partners, how the government has had to intervene to keep them from acting illegally, how they had to pay fines for violating consent decrees, etc., none of this is surprising in the slightest.

This is the essence of Rolex as a business...

Next on Rolex’s lawsuit list because people may be confused about their affiliation:

Bolex cameras- they don’t exist anymore but they will sue anyone using one or having one in their collection

Self explanatory- see above


They use a material called Tolex for cover the amps- too close
Name sounds close enough if you’re drunk

Rolex is likely going to demand a list of all people who have bought those products to determine whether they are worthy of using them, because they might be associated with their watch brand - especially the femenine products

Rolex is likely going to demand a list of all people who have bought those products to determine whether they are worthy of using them, because they might be associated with their watch brand - especially the femenine products

Herein lies the brilliance, and efficacy, of social media: It will be a long time, if ever, that I will gaze at my various Rolex watches, and not spontaneously think, “douche bag.”

Further, just for fun, I would love to be a fly on the wall to hear a private conversation between some of the upper echelon executives, at, let’s say, Omega, upon hearing about the Rolex debacle:

Raynald: “Did you hear about the PR nightmare those fυck-tards at Rolex walked into? Let’s have a drink.”

Yea …sadly that will be the case for me as well. We should all buy a clock from these ladies. As penance if you will. 24 bucks on Amazon..wish I had grand kids.
