That sounds ominous- full frontal pics!

Indeed, hahahaha! Sorry to disappoint Superdoc, but I'll only go as far as the red stitching to match the red script on dial. 馃槈
Enjoy!

Nice work. I think after seeing the white stitching, that looks like the way to go if I can find such a strap. I may try the rubber with white stiching first. Not sure if most people know but the prototype DSOM was tested with a black croc before they decided on the cordura. I think the cordura does fit better but just wish it came in a deployant vs the buckle.

Both straight straps as far as I can tell

True - but the Integrated strap will also work, and my preferred look.... the straight strap however is the one with the rubber enforced holes, and the tang Buckle...

Omega is working on the deployment - but the moving parts and ceramic makes it an issue...plus the cost....
many things seem intuitive to have, but are actually quite difficult to produce (Orange Ceramic for instance)..

but if they can make it happen.... I am in!!!

As it stands...I'm thinking that a SS deployment might work with the....ugh..."Grey Side of the Moon"...

Either way, February is so long to wait until that one is available....But on the Bright side....the Wife doesn't have to think too hard about the perfect Valentine's day gift!!!

Well I have just purchased the curved leather strap with a s/s deployant. Will give it a try, I know it won't match but wanted to give it a try anyways. Should be here next week.

Ansel, could you let me have the part number as I'm going with that combo as well

Omega Part # 98000349 and any 18MM deployant.

I saw a used one on another board and picked it up. The price from OFREI seems awfully high for just the strap at $459. Think the UK price is 拢199 or about $320.

Winner of the Prix Revival is @omegawatches with the Speed Master Dark Side of the Moon! Great decision if I do say so myself

I had a customer come in wearing one of these the other day. He was shocked that I knew what it was. I overheard him talking to his wife letting her know I knew the model. He was a very nice guy and even let me try it on. Such a beautiful piece. Congrats!

Does the integrated leather band fit the DSOM? The lunar dust strap seems like a regular straight one, so I was wondering if there was a reason they did not use the curved one. Trying to decide if I should buy a curved one or a straight one. Is there a 21mm rubber one?

the PO rubber strap is 21mm

Here it is the DS on Alligator Deployment strap. Apologies in advance for the photography skills. The Alligator gives it a great new look, looks a lot smarter in my (slightly biased) opinion.

I have been wearing my same setup now and like the easy in and off but not sure I like the fit compared to the rubber straps on my PO's. Think I am going to order the 21mm rubber aquaterra strap to see how that goes. This trial and error is starting to get costly.

Go to a boutique and have them
Put it on for you to feel
It! No need to
Buy just to test it out
