Crown conundrum, Speedy or something else

I recently picked up a few more crowns and in amongst them were a couple of what I can positively identify as Speedy crowns, however, there were two that have confused me. Shown first are the speedy crowns and measurements. Second, the mystery crowns, no stem tube protruding, same OD as the Speedys but thinner. Any suggestions most welcome.
