Cosmic Moonphase 1947 : Legit or not ?

I came across this Omega Cosmic Moonphase that the seller dates from 1947 and apart from its ridiculously low price, I am intrigued by several elements.
I asked for better photos, without response from the owner :cautious:

It's a model that I find very difficult to authenticate because I find many different variations.
I wonder if the dial has not been repainted because I have the impression that the indexes have traces of paint at their base.
The number 4 questions me a lot. Omega used several typographies, curved, angular, but each time the 4 is closed. there it is wide open.
ok there are many versions of this watch, but none have this seconds hand!
the hands seem less worked than those I observed on the other models.
normally the date hand should be blue.
This shape of handles exists on this model, but again there is a doubt because the ones I have seen are not pierced all the way through.

what is your opinion ?

I vote redial. Don’t like the dial texture.

Different reference but for reference:

From my point of view based on the (not so good) pictures and the wrong crown aside:
Date number font looks off and also too big
Omega writing font looks off
The dial as such shows texture grain all over the place which is sth I would not expect to this extend on an original dial (knowing those TDMPs could also show patina going in this grainy direction)
The Hands are not exactly on the minute indices (could also be hand related)

--> I would vote for redial

Aside from the 4 (I cannot comment if the style was ever done) it might be possible it is a redialed 2471 dial which is implemented in a 2473 case.

Calling @cristos71 for his opinion but i am sure he will say the same
