Constellation Piepan Sharktooth Question

Hi again!
Thank you everyone with the comments from my last post. Really helped a lot on hunting for my first vintage watch and learning a lot.

Here's another piece that I would like some help with. This 2852 model was a bit more difficult to find good references. I found out that it was an older model from the 50s looking at the 'ER' and the straight 'M' font from 'Chronometer' but wasn't entirely sure..
Seller claims that its all original, and said that he purchased from a private seller.
Asking price is $1400 USD.

I wanted to ask if it is all original and do you think that the condition is worth the price?

Thanks again!

Dial appears original

Do you like the lacquer bubbling? Most from this ref and age range will have it, this one seems to be in the middle.

Case has been rode hard and put up wet many times.

Movement? rotor wear but not too bad.

Cost? well, they do not go down over time, yet this one will always be middling for condition and therefore, price.

But a shark tooth pie pan with crosshair is always a bonus

Great. Thank you very much for your input!
Yes, I realized that the shark tooth crosshair was hard to come by which is tempting me to pull the trigger despite the fair to middling condition.
Really loving your bracelet on those btw.
