To my knowledge, Rolex never made anything like this. And if they did, there would be a waiting list and you would have to buy three other “Rolex Constellations” that you didn’t want as a prerequisite. 🙄
Rolex was busy trying to beat Smiths down over the Everest claim to sell their piece of tin while Omega was making this.

Or a Chronometer rated gold watch with bracelet from the same era as this?

Great recommendation @dsio although the Lug/strap combo is not to my liking

Otherwise would’ve been gone long ago, I imagine, say a gold 7077 was attached?

I wanted to save some pictures of this Grand Luxe for the future, seller is saying $15k or make an offer, and I think he’ll get an offer that works on it as being long enough to fit an 8” wrist it’ll fit more people than most and the condition looks fairly nice especially on the bracelet.

I hope that @Yomega meant that the Constellation was far more attractive 😀

Guys, look... If you think the price is too high, maybe negociating with the seller for a couple more itens he is selling/trading would make this deal a bargain...

Finding Nemo is a classic too after all... 😁👍

It’s gorgeous.

But, I could never wear it — it’s waaay too blingy for me, all that gold. (I grew up riding NYC subways — god forbid you have to stand on the way home and grab a strap or pole with that thing on your wrist.)

So, under my no wear?—no own! rules, I wouldn’t own it.

@ ConElPueblo, @hejsam if wrist watches existed in 1700, King Louis XIV would defenetly wear this...look at him 😜

Guys working at his gardens and fountains would have rolex sports on their wrists though

This watch is perfect for the owner who still wears suits and attends the occasional black tie event.
