Constellation Grand Luxe mystery

Hallo friends,
I know of these four Omega Constellation Grand Luxe (see att.)
The mystery is the lower left one with diamonds.
I did find on Omegas site the very similar ref 18.782, but that is a Calendar I think with cal 504 (corr. with 561 as well).
This one has a cal 561 and a back inside marking: '7190 990xxx'.
So very similar to the white gold watch Desmond shows in his thread 'This Watch is History' as an integrated bracelet especially made for the Omega dealer Gameo in Geneve. I did find similar watches in Google with case back ref '7190' and # '990yyy'

Is this watch as well especially made for Gameo?
What is the Omega reference like BA368.40xx or so.

Doesn’t look like an integrated bracelet to me. The usual type lug (Yellow arrow) end link (Red arrow).

I give the answer of Desmond Guilfoyle on my question (I hope, thats ok for Desmond):

As I mentioned in the Gameo article, four-digit numbers are usually in-house produced jewellery examples manufactured for high-end boutiques or offered as part of Omega’s montre bijoux collections, the retailing of which Gameo was a major player, and so it is entirely possible your example was retailed through Gameo. Perhaps the bracelet was added at purchase, because my information indicates that buyers could either choose to have the bracelet or have the watch head on leather as in the white gold example."

That means, all case back references '7190' are 'bijoux collection'.
What in general is the 4-digit ref with '7'?
I own a BA368.007 with case back ref 168.7239, is it also special?

And yes my 7190 has an attached bracelet so the ref does not start with '3' but '1'.

These two watches 168.002 and 168.005 from the Omega site seem to have an loosely attached bracelet but a factory ref starting with '3'.
I think, the '3' only indicates, that the watch is factory supplied with the golden bracelet.

Yes I know, the Omega factory or sales ref and the case back ref are different species...
The never ending mystery about Omega referencing keeps on..
